Deadline: July 6, 2014 – Call For Art – Life, Liberty, And The Pursuit Of Pizza Exhibition – Brainerd, MN

The Franklin Arts Center Resident Artists Gallery, presents, Life, Liberty, And The Pursuit Of Pizza, a group exhibition that celebrates the one and only, greatest nation on earth, AMERICA, land of the red, white, and blue, and our love for one of the best foods ever, pizza! Whether you like it piping hot or cold from the fridge for breakfast, deep dish or thin crust, chicago or new york style, red sauce or white sauce, or even if you’re a fan of anchovies, we wont judge, this is the show for you! Let’s make our forefathers proud as we create some wickedly awesome, good old hand crafted, blood, sweat, and tears, made in the U.S.A. artwork (*you do not need to be a U.S. resident to participate in this exhibition), and remember July 4, 1776, while mixing it up a little with some cheesy goodness! For this exhibition we want to know what your vision is when you hear the title of the show, Life, Liberty, And The Pursuit Of Pizza. We ask that your artwork have something that is pizza and/or patriotic related in it. When it comes to this subject matter, the possibilities are endless! This group exhibition will be on display in our back gallery space throughout the month of July. All artists that submit artwork, that fits the theme and guidelines, will be included in this exhibition.
