Deadline: July 1 – Call For Entries: Nature Speaks

What can nature tell us? For centuries – if not millennia- Human Beings have found ways to relate to nature, to derive meaning from our interaction between the elements, flora, and fauna- be it simply capturing a beautiful scene with the local animals or creating a meaningful and fable-like composition.  For this exhibition, we want your unique take on the classic theme of nature.

All international artists, professional and amateur and all art mediums will be considered in this call for entries from photography to wall sculpture, fabric, mixed media, all paintings and drawings including, oil, acrylic, pastels, ink, graphite, etc. Work must be able to be hung on a wall to be considered. Video submissions will be displayed online only.

Deadline: July 1, 2013.

Accepted entries for this online exhibition will be judged again for a collective live exhibition at our Pasadena Gallery. The artists will be asked if they wish to submit their artwork for the live collective exhibition, which is not a requirement to being a part of the online exhibition.
