SUBMISSION FORM

Where do you see yourself 359,172 days into the future? How different will things be in our world in the year 3000, if our world is even still here at that time? Will we finally have flying cars, will we travel to space on the weekends, will our brains be connected to the cloud, will we all be super humans or be replaced by artificial intelligence, what about our global economies and governments, and various environmental issues, how will they progress throughout the years? With so many questions to be had, we would like to see your answers/predictions to what could be. We are seeking artwork that relates to the title and has a futuristic feel to it, as well as answers these many questions and more.

Deadline: Nov. 5, 2014 – Deconstructed/Reconstructed – Call For Art, Curated Exhibition

Deconstructed/Reconstructed // November 21– December 20

Curated By The New Bohemian Gallery Directors

The New Bohemian Gallery presents our December exhibition, Deconstructed/Reconstructed. For this exhibition we are seeking artwork that expresses a sense of transformation from one thing to another. Artists may submit artwork that responds to each of these two words individually, or both of them together as they follow each other in sequence. In relation to the title, artwork, objects, and ideas that begin in an ordinary state, are taken apart and analyzed, and then pieced back together in a whole new way, can reveal very dramatic and interesting outcomes.

All artwork accepted, from established and emerging artists, including but not limited to: painting, drawing, design, printmaking, photography, sculpture, installation art, video, and new media.
